Carrent provides car rental services across Morocco. Users can browse, book, and securely pay for rentals through our mobile app or our website (CarrentPro.com).
User Eligibility

• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Provide accurate and truthful personal and payment information.
Booking and Payment
• Rentals are subject to availability.
• Prices include rental fees, applicable insurance, and taxes..
• All payments are securely processed through our trusted payment provider.
Cancellations and Refunds
•The reservation fee collected through our app is non-refundable. This fee secures your booking and ensures vehicle availability for your rental period. Once confirmed, cancellations will not result in a refund of this fee.
• Refunds may be processed based on the cancellation policy visible at the time of booking.
User Responsibilities
You are expected to:
• Return the vehicle in its original condition.
• Respect traffic laws and drive responsibly.
• Report any incidents or damages immediately.
Liability and Disclaimers
• Carrent is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage related to rental use, except where required by law.
• While we aim for continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app or website.
Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in cases of fraud, misuse, or violations of these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes will be settled in Moroccan courts.
